Now she has fucked up!

Like I said last night, I am tired of makeup gurus appropriating other people’s cultures, ethnicity, and race for their fucked up tutorials (that they get paid for).

The Romani people have explained to her why it’s offensive and racist and yet she talks over them, ignores them, deletes their comments, and refuses to fix it. She also has a bull shit reasoning as to why she’s keeping it.

Well, if we really want to take this video down we need to flag it. I already flagged it, we need more people to do so that way the video can be taken down. It’s simple:

Go to THIS video:

1. Click the flag icon to Flag as Inappropriate

2. For “Select a Reason” click on “Hateful or Abusive Content”

3. The select “Promotes Hatred or Violence”

4. Where it says “Please indicate what the the hate speech was about” select “Ethnic Origin”

5. There is a text box where you can provide additional information to help them verify the issue as quickly as possible.

With enough people flagging this video, it will be taken down.

Please take the opportunity to do so now. If there are other videos that you think need to be flagged let us know. There are plenty of other gurus that enjoy appropriating other people’s culture.

P.S. I’m arguing with her via twitter and giving her articles about why it’s offensive and she’s still ignoring it and making up excuses. She’s an asshole!

Actually, the word IS offensive in the UK, whether or not it’s offensive to ALL who are considered Gypsy or not.

Yes, it’s used widely over there (such as in the Gypsy Council and multiple “Gypsy, Roma, Traveller” sites, and even Government publications), however, not ALL who are under the label approve of it’s use.

Yes, many Irish Travellers and Romanichal are “proud Gypsies”, but there are many Romani and Romanichal who detest the word.

Not only that, but it isn’t up to some non-Romani (or non-Traveller/non-Gypsy) to decide what is and is not offensive.
